Suggest Medicine To Get Relief From Severe Headache
I got severe headache after my husband slapped me on my face rudely touching my both eyes, cheeks and upper part of the head. My age is 28 and height is 5.4 weight is 135lbs. Iam looking from instant relief from this pain on the forehead and upper part of the head.

You can take any of the over the counter pain killers like paracetamol or ibuprofen if available. Diclofenac is also very effective for trauma related pain. Also you can try using cold compresses over your head and face to reduce any edema. If the pain persists kindly go see a doctor or get checked into an ER. Take care and have a nice day.
