Suggest Medicine For Rash On The Body With Viral Fever

this for my 7 year old daughter. she has a viral fever with rash all over her body. she is absolutely fine though and is up and playing ok. the rash on her face has now started to exfoliate and it looks very distressing. can i use any creams to help her?

There is no need for any creams for this problem, but if you want to really use something, you may apply a cold cream like Nivea. No medicinal or steroid creams are indicated.
