Suggest Medicine For High Blood Pressure

My blood pressure is always high in spite of the medicines I am taking, Losartan 100 mg. cut in half, taken one half in AM with breakfast and the other half in P.M. The othe one is metropolol, 25 mg taken with lunch. It varies from 148/93 like this morning to 158/103. I wake-up with this palpitation and constant headache. I have already told my doctor about it. Please advise...thank you
