Suggest Medicine For Headache, Fever, Joint Pain And Shivering

My wife has a splitting headache along with fever, joint pains and shivering. The doctor I consulted yesterday asked us to check for dengue. We are awaiting the results. However he prescribed DOMCET and CALPOL for fever n headache and vomiting. Fever n Vomiting has reduced but headache just does not go. She is also breastfeeding , please advise a medicine for headache that she can take safely since she is breastfeeding.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the suspected case of some infection and it is the clinical suspected case then you have to wait for the result and hope for the good because just headache is not the diagnostic criteria hope this information helps.
