General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to history you are having acute sinusitis or Rhinitis or upper respiratory tract infection....

It could be viral or bacterial as no allergy history present

Investigate with CBC to look for whether neutrophilia or lymphocytosis present Accordingly it could be bacterial or viral...

Symptomatic management done with strong decongestant like phenylephrine...

Steam inhalation done three times a day

Vitamin C lozenges useful

Take oxymetazoline nasal drops three times a day for three days

If no improvement than Amoxiclav or cefixime like antibiotic started and x ray done If needed after Auscultation examination

Take care

Hope your concern solved
