Suggest Medicine For Diarrhea, Vomiting And Abdominal Pain

My 17 year old daughter has abdominal pain, vomit, diarrhea. Has been going on for 11 days. 2 ER visits and 3 doctor appointments. 4 different blood work ups, 3 urinalysis, CT scan, pelvic ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound. All came back negative. Checked for appendicitis, ovarian cysts. Last night at ER they gave liter of IV fluids. Dr said slightly elevated amylase and lipase. She has been on 4mg Zofran for 8 days it is not working. What could this be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

It can either be a case of some pancreatic abnormality, gall bladder issue or probably substance abuse (please check with your daughter about this in the most calm approach possible).

Best wishes.
