Hello!

I read your question carefully and understood your concern!

I would recommend you to start on a therapy with an antidepressant like amytriptiline or nortriptiline. These are tricyclic antidepressants which are very effective in depression and migraine.

Other antidepressants like venlafaxine and sertraline may be helpful too.

If the antidepressants do not improve your clinical situation, I would advise to start valproate which is an antiepileptic effective in migraine and helps often stabilize your emotional state.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings!
