I believe my daughter has pink eye, extremely red and looks like thier is a blister on one of her eyes. It is going into the weekend and am unsure if thier is a doctor that will see her except emergency room. Can we treat with just over the counter medication?
It seems from the history that your daughter is having acute infection of the eye. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops and anti-inflammatory drugs. You can try with these medications initially, if there is no response you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope the information is helpful to you.
Thank you
