Dear Bogdan,,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

Presence of sexually inappropriate behavior is one of the common symptoms of bipolar disorder and I do not think this is the result of medications. In other words it can be said that the behavior is result of disorder and it can be attributed to ineffectiveness of medications.

The presence of hitting adults otherwise known as assaultive behavior is also a manifestation of bipolar disorder.

In my opinion discuss the option of lithium with his psychiatrist. Lithium is a mood stabilizer medication which is effective in treatment of bipolar disorder and there is good possibility that his assaultive and sexually inappropriate behavior will respond to it.

I hope this helps you.
