Suggest Medicine For GERD

good morning i have GERD almost 9 years and lately i am having a sever pain and bloating im taking ranitidin 300mg and Omeprazole 40 mg and buscopan please can i ask your help to give me a solution in the new medicines that they are mabee not yet reached to philippines

i really appreciate your concern
GERD can be managed with medicines and certain life style modifications

PPI group of drugs like pantoprazole or esomeprazole with antacids

I would advise you following guidelines
Avoid fatty fried spicy and packaged food
avoid junk food like pizza and burgers and carbonated drinks
avoid smoking and alcohol
Don't lie down immediately after food
avoid overeating have small and frequent meals
