General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Ring worm is caused by fungal infection and treatment will get reslut in the 3-4 week.
I advise you to consult the dermatologist and get the done KOH mount to confirm the infection.
Doctor will give following advises:

topical antifungal + antibacterial like clotrimazole plus fucidin
If it is very itchy then Mild steroid application like clobetasol for 1-2 week will helpful.
Oral : tablet flucanazole 150 mg for 3 week helpful for cure and prevent reinfection.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Wear pyre cotton loose undergarment and avoid sweats in affected area.
Take healthy diet and drink plenty of water
Hope this may help you

Best regards
