General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you didn't recover from the infection and the fever.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment, You may need to run some tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms infusion of fluids, injection of B complex, cifixime, ranitidine, and paracetamol. and bisacodyl as a laxative.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery, and to have good resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
