Suggest Medications For Pain After For Spinal Fusion And Nerve Damage
I have had two spinal fusions and suffer from nerve damage in my left leg. The second lower lumbar revison surgery took the fusion up another level, going through my stomach and back. I am taking 15 mg tabs of morphine, muscle relaxers and countless other meds. I have seen pain managements drs and my primary Dr yet my pain isn't being managed. I want to try the fentaly patch for more effective pain control. I am only 43 and at my wits end! Please advise me how to get my Drs to help me
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. Spinal surgeries usually will have a longer recovery time, and they need more physiotherapy. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms nuerotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically. supplements of calcium, vitamin D, and pain killers when needed. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
