Hi
I have gone through your complaints.its quite common to have acute respiratory infections in children.cold ,cough and fever indicate upper respiratory infection.in addition to drugs ,saline nasal drops , stream inhalation indirectly if possible like( bathing the baby after someone bathed with hot water) and tepid sponging for high fever are advisable.dont worry it takes time to reduce.consult Dr imediately if baby is breathless ,not responding to you or turns blue.if any doubts stil feel free to write.
Thank you
Regards
