Suggest Medications For Enlarged Liver And Enlarged Prostate

I have felt some uneasiness on upper stomach. As per USG (whole abdomen) report: 1. Enlearged liver 15.6 cm in long span, normal shape, outline and shows diffusely increased parenchymal echofexlure partially obscuring diapharagmatic and venous outline. 2. Enlarged in size Prostate( 4.6 cm X 4.5 cm X 3.9 cm wt 42 grm), normal in shape and shows heterogeneous parenchymal echotexture. Pl suggest the medicines.

I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
What is your age?
For an enlarged prostate if it is symptomatic like increase urinary frequency with poor stream and dribbling.... Then you should visit urologist so that you can be assessed properly....meanwhile you should take tamsulosin 4microgram daily at night . it will help u relieve symptoms...
As far as enlarged liver is concerned it is very difficult to prescribe anything... In my opinion you should see hepatoligist so that you can be examined and investigated properly ....
