Suggest Medications For Edema In The Legs Due To Blood Pressure

Hi Good Morning My Mother has blood pressure. She is taking Amlong 5 mg currently from past 5 years. From past 1 year she is experiencing swelling in her both lower legs.Looks like we need to change the medicine. Please advise which medicine to take.
