age 37 mood swingdeepression from 5 years ,from few days every day deepressed mind and insomniaeating alprax 5mg daily sometime eat prexep 0.25 cr but i feel heavyness in mind ;headeches weak in legs afaid with side effect its is true that i get dependent

Tiredness, sleep disturbance or anxiety could be part of depression and could be due to drugs dependence. In that case, you can either try different antidepressant like mirtazapine or gradually decrease the dose of the drugs. You can also try some relaxation exercise that would keep the dose of the drugs in control. Rest, you can discuss with your psychiatrist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
