Hello

Your symptoms may be due to problem in cervical spine etc.
You may need clinical correlation and routine investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, lipid profile, liver and renal function test, urine RE/ME,X-ray cervical spine (AP/Lateral view),ultrasound of abdomen.
Other investigations like CT/MRI of brain can be done after evaluation.
It is also important to exclude any ear problem.
You may also need to change posture and life style.

Get well soon.
Take Care
