Suggest Medications For Abdominal Inflammation

I am taking Ibupropen 800 mg for inflamation in my abdominal area and Naproxen 500 mg for pain. Now I have a raspy throat from the breathing tube I had on a d&c and it s gone into my sinuses. Can I take a sinus pill in addition to what I am already taking or do you have any suggestions?

for sinusitis start with steam inhalation three times daily for a week,it should settle down. if it doesnot settles down then we shall advise you a course of antibiotics.
