Suggest Medication To Treat Hypertension

Hello dr , The case is my mother , she is 65 years old with one kidney since 40 years She is hypertensive under the treatment of amlodepine 10 mg once daily Some times when serum uric acid get high she takes allopurinol 300 mg once plus effervescent for uric acid The last examination for kidney function shows 1.7 for serum creatinine , 64 for blood urea & 4.2 for serum uric acid Please for your advice about if it s normal to stay with these values ?? What is the best antihypertensive drug suits her case ? Thanks

From the reports uric acid is normal inwomen uric acid up to 5.7 is normal creatianine is 1.7 normal is up to 1.2 it is high blood urea is 64 it is high treatment is low protien low salt high carbohydrates as uric acid is normal noallopurinol even otherwise taking occasionally itis of no use amloidipine causes fluid retention better is rampipril 5mg bdtablocker lasix 1 mg
