Suggest Medication To Reduce Elevated Levels Of SGPT

How can i reduce ALT(SGPT) level in normal range fast with medicen ? I am working abroad however, I have gain weight in last year. For some visa process i had to give some medical tests. Al the test have been clear. Only ALT(SGPT) level is coming high (sometime 78 and sometime 120). I am doing exercise i know it will reduce after losing weight. But currently i need to clear my medical exam. I have heared there is some medicen which will reduce my ALT(SGPT) in few days(4 to 5). Please suggess medicen and other to reduce my ALT(SGPT) to normal level Hope you understand my need thanks

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of increased liver enzyme is matter of concern and not the SGPT alone, and cause of this needs to be treated, again in absence of disease it is nothing to worry, it may not be due to any pathology hope this information helps.
