Hi Thanks for the question! Since how long have you been having high BP? And How long have you been taking losartan 50 mg dose? What is your age? Since your blood pressure has not come down with losartan 50 mg assuming you have been taking it regularly for atleast two weeks, I would consider adding another medication such as amlodipine or hydrochlorthiazide. You may check with your physician regarding the dosage and timing of administration since these are prescription medication. I hope I answered your question.
