I have been smoking k3 for about 3 weeks and quit recently. However i will smoke small amounts once a day to help me eat. Does cutting down make the process easier or should i go cold turkey ans if i was to do so how long could i excpect the withdrawel symptoms to last?

Hi,
Good question & congratulations for your attempts!
Smoking is one of the easiest addictions to give up. Usually giving up smoking altogether (Cold turkey) is the best way to do it! You can try nicotine chewing gums available in 2mg/4mg strength to alleviate withdrawal symptoms which usually will not bother you for more than 2-3 days depending upon your amount of cigarettes per day.
Good luck
