Suggest Medication To Cure Right Sided Headache

I started having a headache to the right side of my head on Thursday afternoon and it has gotten worse since then. It is continuous and is often located in one region but moves from the bottom up towards the forehead as well. It feels tight in certain areas and is very painful. I do not have any other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting or red eyes. No tingling or numbness.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

I am sorry that you are in such distress.

It is said that if a person is experiencing the ' worse headache that they have ever had' , it is best for them to be seen and imaging done (Eg ct scan).
This is to rule out more serious complications such as subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Though this is not as common.

Other causes of severe headaches are migraines or neuralgia (nerve related pain).
If there is no previous of migraines, then this is not likely

I hope this helps
