Hello
Nose bleed or Epistaxis in children may have the following reasons to occur:
1. Nose pricking, it is the most common cause.
2. Any intra nasal pathology ( eg. polyp ) could be another reason for epistaxis. for this you need to visit an ENT consultant to rule it out.
3. Although rare, but hypertension could also be the cause of epistaxis in children. ( Common cause for adults ).

If I were your treating doctor I would suggest you to check for the cause of nose bleeding of your daughter. apply any moisturizer cream with fingers inside the nasal cavity to prevent the nasal mucosa from drying up.
You may use SEPGARD gel, which also acts as a topical haemostatic agent.

Thank you.
