Suggest Medication To Cure Hair Fall Problem

Dear doctors, i am Ranganath, frm Bangalore, facing hair fall problem like- front top portion (above forehead), severe hairfall during bathing not while combing, using Amexidil 5% & vit B7 tabs from past 6 months, but no visible changes. Is my remedial combination is good? or need changes. If required please suggest.

It is true that vit b7 supports hair growth and amexidil helps in hair growth,after discontinuing amexidil again hair will fall. we need to know if you had any severe fever like typhoid in the past 3-6 months or any other major illness you suffered. because in that case you need food supplements like riconia tablets and alprovit syrup along with proper balanced diet.if your dad has bald head then this is genetic. you need to take care of your hair by applying oil,regular head bath, not to apply cosmetics like gels,and diet having weekly 3 times dal with methi,etc .these general measures along with yoga and meditation to reduce mental worry and tension will be of help in preventing hair fall.If these measures are not helping in 3 months you need to consult a qualified dermatologist.
