Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the pregnancy, if positive you can get it terminated by medical or surgical procedure. Medical method is appropriate for early pregnancy. It contains drugs which have to be taken under the supervision of the registered medical practitioner.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
