Suggest Medication For Yellow Fluid Leak From Ear After Ear Piercing

i had a pierced ear and it started leaking a yellow type fluid that would dry up and be very flaky. When the draining stop i woke up the next day with a swollen earlobe.I never felt any pain from it but its red, not that big, and kinda pointy in the back. I want to wear a earring but i know i cant do that with my earlobe condition. How can it be removed? Should I be very concerned about it? Do I need a antibiotic for it? Will i nees surgery to drain it?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having infection at ear prick site giving rise this problem.
Clean the part with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream.
If there is no improvement within 2-3 days then you might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Ok and take care.
