Suggest Medication For Swelling In Gums In A Baby

My daughter is 14 months old. On monday she had a fever of 102 and that lasted until yesterday. Last night I looked in her mouth and her upper and lower gums are so swollen. On the top the gums are so swollen that you cant even see her top teeth anymore. She had 4 of them that had come in and now nothing. I think I saw little white sores on her tongue. She has a very runny nose. She also has a couple blister looking sores on her chin. Help.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here the gum swelling in this age group is very unlikely and I would advise you to see the pediatrician for clinical examination because perhaps you could be under the wrong impression and this need to be clear and for this clinical examination is the only option you have, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
