Suggest Medication For Spinal Stenosis Of Legs

I have spinal stenosis which is affecting my legs. Although there no pain involved my leg muscles are rather weak and tighten up on me, so I use a cane or walker to prevent any possible falling. As I am afraid of any kind of surgery, could you recommend the best medication I could take to help relieve my symptoms. I am presently taking an Ibuprofen pill twice a day to reduce inflammation.

After going through your query I concluded that you are having lumbar spinal stenosis. Treatment of it is by medicines or operation. You are not willing to be operated. So medicine treatment consistent of Diacerine and glucosamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief is useful. Mecobalamine is helpful in relieving neurological pains.
