I had a sore throat three weeks ago on Thursday. That weekend I had a fever that spiked every night for three more days. I stopped having the fever but I had a sore throat, I was congested, I had trouble speaking, and I just wasn't feeling okay until that Friday. Then I started coughing on top of everything. I'm coughing because of the flem, and when I wake up every morning I have mucus in my throat and It's been three weeks now, and I only have a sore throat in the morning, I can talk normally now, but I'm still coughing, my nose is stuffy sometimes, and I the past three days I've been having stomach aches. I'm a 15 year old girl and I only missed a day of school the second week on Friday when I woke up and couldn't speak. The doctor told me that I should get better in 5 days, but I haven't. I play basketball also and have continued to stay active. I don't know what's wrong. Help?
