Suggest Medication For Sore Throat,cough And Ear Infection

Hi there, I am a 46 year old mom, and I get sick a lot! I have to do something about this, I just returned from Hawaii and yes, three days into my vacation and I got sick, sore throat, cough, and ear infection. six days later, and I m still sick. Please advise, I m ready to make changes. I work out 3 - 5 days a week, not good with vitamins, and I eat about 70% healthy. Please help. Thank you.

Throat, nose and ear are well connected and can get infected simultaneously with each other.
A course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drug with anti-histaminics will certainly help you for relief. But, please send details regarding your ear infection whether there is any discharge/not for further suggestions.
