Suggest Medication For Sore Throat

Throat began to get sore last week. 4 days ago developed guttate psoriasi really bad. Began antibiotics today, applying moisturisers & creams. Rang dermatologist & she s on hols it will be 6 wks 4 appt. Had light tx last yr & was clear but it took ages! Have been on cyclosporine in past but that took ages too. Want to clear quickly because have a wedding. What should I do?! Any recommendations, losing the will to live.

I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Analgesics like tablet paracetamol for pain relief.
3) Salt water gargling. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of warm water.
