Suggest Medication For Soft Ball Sized Hematoma On Left Buttocks

I have a softball sized hematoma on my left butt cheek as the result of a very bad dog attack (German shepherd) on 5/14/14. It s become more painful as it heals, is there anything I can do to stop the pain? I have several other injuries from the attack that are more severe and are being treated. I was hospitalized for 4 days post attack. The other bite locations where more severe, so they ve been the main focus of my treatment, however, over the weekend that wound to my butt has become more painful and radiates down my left leg.

Hi...by what you quote the hemotoma should be getting organized and while getting organized it is irritating the nerve endings there. I suggest you see your physician for this and you might require gabapentin for the time being.
