Suggest Medication For Sinusitis Causing Runny Nose

hi, I m kirti age 35yrs weight 60 kgs height 5 feet 4 inch. I have sinus problem whenever I get rhinitis.. I have very runny nose, and if I take anti allergic my nose becomes blocked and have sinusitis.. what should i do to stop runny nose? Pl note that I am allergic to dust mite and pollen

Avoid exposing to dust. take anti allergic tablets and paracetamol for pain relief in case of sinusitis.take 1 course of anti biotic tablets for sinusitis.incase sinusitis persists consult ENT doctor ,who can do puncture your sinuses and let out pus in your sinuses.
