Suggest Medication For Severe Pain In The Neck And Back

I have moderate to severe pain in my neck and upper back. Severe muscle cramping in the right side of my neck and back between my shoulder blades. Fatigue and night sweating. My family doctor also told me that I am anemic and have low iron. Chiropractic care is torture and only provide temporary relief.

Hi,
From history if you are elderly then there are all chances of having osteo-artheritis in your upper spines producing pinched nerve pressure pain.
Go for x-ray cervical spines.
After report physiotherapy, short way diathermy and cervical traction will be more helpful.
Ok and take care.
I find this answer helpful
