Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain if your teeth are placed directly over the nerves then the pain occurs due to nerve compression and painkillers can relieve pain for short time only..
Secondly pain relieving for nerve related pain can be achieved with medicines like Carbamazepine, Gabapentin etc..
As far as permanent resolution is concerned it can be achieved with extraction of the wisdom tooth but as it is directly over the nerve, a proper evaluation with x rays has to be done by an Oral Surgeon and surgical removal will be planned..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
