Suggest Medication For Severe Ear Ache From An Ear Infection

I was treated for an ear infection on Friday. Went back today cuz it is not better. Prescribed bigger antibiotics. I am in so much pain right now I am sick to my stomach. Is there anything an er can do for the excruciating pain besides what I am already doing? They advised me to take 2 pain pills I m on from surgery last Thursday plus ibuprofen. Having no relief from any of it:(

I really appreciate your concern, you have not specifically mentioned about the pain is it stomach acne or ear pain, if this is the ear pain then it needs to be clean for fungus infection or for wax impaction, and if this is the abdomen pain then you can have "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
