Suggest Medication For Severe Back Pain

I went to er yesterday for ongoing back pain and the doctor would not prescribe any medicine. he just told me to follow up with the workers comp clinic next week. i have no medicine and my back is killing me. what should i do?. should i go back to er because the clinic is closed?

I think that your symptoms might be caused by spinal arthritis.
To relieve pain you should use Acetominophen 500mg.

You need a spinal X-ray, a fibrinogen test and urine test to confirm the diagnosis.
