Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pimples can occur due to a number of causes like hormonal imbalances, oily skin, clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation etc..
As you are already diagnosed with low hormone levels you should consult an Endocrinologist and get evaluated and take proper hormone replacement therapy and it will help in relieving the pimples to much extent..
You should also start taking topical anti acne treatment like washing the face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin over the pimples..
Apply Adapelene gel at night..
You can do cool compresses over the pimples..
You can exfoliate your skin twice a week..
In case of no improvement consult a Dermatologist and he can advise you oral antibiotics like Minocycline and Doxycyxline and retinoids like Adapelene..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and Chemical peeling..
