Suggest Medication For Red, Sore And Itchy Penis

what is the cause of a very itchy red possibly swollen penis. My penis has shrunk to the point that It looks like I was never circumcised and it is very difficult to see the whole problem but it is extremely itchy and the head of my penis appears to be red.

The symptom you present could be caused by a STI, local skin infection by a bacterium or fungi, irritation by your panties.
I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and work-up.Work-ups like syphilis, herpes, chlamydia and urethral swap tests may be useful.Your treatment will be with respect to findings.I will recommend good genital hygiene.An anti-histamin like premalan may help control the itches while you you see your Doctor for an etiologic treatment.
