Hello,
Thank you for your query on HCM.
Scabies is very easy to treat unless there is some fault in diagnosis itself or in the treatment regimen.
Anyways, I will explain you how to treat scabies in a proper way.

The key to successful treatment of scabies lies in treating everyone simultaneously in the family and others who are in close physical contact.
Secondly, proper disinfection of all clothes and bedding is a must to prevent recurrence.

As for the treatment regimen,I generally prescribe oral drugs like ivermectin which will kill the parasite.

Additonally, I advise application of permethrin 5% cream and a corticosteroid with fusidic acid cream. Apply the medicated creams exactly as advised by your treating dermatologist.

Take antihistaminics as advised to relieve itching and irritation.

Avoid sharing of clothing and toiletries and launder all you bedding and clothes in warm water.

Hope this will take care of your issue.
Thank you
