Recurring joint pain at your age is mostly suggest osteoarthritis which is very common in olderly patients after 45 years. You can take some pain killer like ultracet-th or zerodol-mr only when pain is severe enough along with calcium and vitamin supplements. Continue exercise after an expert advice and take milk in diet regularly.
