Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring headaches Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like migraine headache, electrolyte imbalance, food poisoning and hay fever. High blood pressure or side effects of certain medicine can also cause such symptoms . I would suggest you to consult nerologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe vasograin , frusamide or betablockers . Doctor may also refer you to allergy specialist . For now take antihistamine like zyrtec and avoid food which can cause gal and allergy like nuts and cabbage . Drink plenty of fluids to maintain hydration status and take oral rehydrating solution as well .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
