Suggest Medication For Recurrent Lichen Planus

sir, i am 27 year old man suffering from Lichen planus since last 4 years, some blackish skin colour develop in my thigh area and same in some part of arm, elbow. I went to dermetologist 4YEARS back and he suggested me to take some medicines for 1 month.But after 4 years still there is dark spot over my skin. Please help me to reduce the dark spots,also the risk of scars(lichen planus) coming back

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting that you use a betamethasone cream for the dark discoloration of your skin and regarding the scar formation from the lichen planus use subcutaneous injection steroid
