Suggest Medication For Rapid Heart Beat And Pain Below Sternum

Hello! I recently began to belly dance and working on shimmies I noticed something odd. There is a grinding sound in my sternum, it almost sounds as though the cartilage is rubbing against something else. When this occurs I get a little breathless and heart starts beating very quickly, and at times I'll get a bit of pain just below the sternum, near the the xiphoid. At times my sternum will pop, but it happens rather rarely. I don't have a lot of money nor the best of insurance, so I really can't afford to go to a doctor at the moment. I'm mainly wondering what it could be and how serious it may be.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. From the given details, it is almost clear that you did some research on the subject and that is why you are able to include some anatomical terms. That is good. But knowledge should not become a curse. You did have some grinding noise. That is normal when you start some exercises new. That sound subsides when you get practice. You related it to some physical problem and you started becoming anxious. The palpitation and breathlessness are due to your anxiety. Please ignore everything and concentrate on your dancing and education.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
