Suggest Medication For Pulmonary Tuberculous

My wife has recently been diagnosed with Pulmonary tuberculosis (in x ray : nodular patch in right apex and illdefined opacities in left mid zone)
should i give medicines like Rcinex 600, pza 1500 and ethambutol 1000mg and supradyn pls suggest if the dosing is applicable to weight of 40 kg

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the dosage you have mentioned.
Her drugs are appropriate for tuberculosis.
But dosage of these drugs are more than her requirement.
Since her weight is 40 kgs, she will need
1. Rcinex 450/300
2. Pyzina (750) and Pyzina (500), total 1250 mg of pyrazinamide.
3. Combutol 1000 mg.
These are standard dosages.
Don't give higher doses as they can cause more side effects.
