Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. For scalp psoriasis using medicated shampoos or lotions are helpful. I usually suggest shampoos containing clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid. Using coal tar shampoos are also helpful. Vitamin A in the form of cream or gel can be used also.. A consultation with a dermatologist is well appreciated.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
