Suggest Medication For Premature Ejaculation

dear doc,i am gopi,33 yrs ,ht 5ft 6 inches ,wt 75 kg, i am also facing a problem of premature ejaculation and not able to sustain the erection for more than 2-3 minutes,which is causing me and my wife considerable concern and we r also not blessed with a child even after 5 yrs of our marriage.My primary observation finds the above mentioned conditions. i am a smoker and an occasional drinker. please suggest some treatments and prescribe some medicines for the same. loooking forward to your valuable advice and suggestions. regards, gopi

I can understand your concern.
For premature ejaculation i would like to advise to practice start stop technique and squeeze technique. Medicine like SSRI (sertraline, paroxetine,etc) can also help. this medicines are used against depression. Consult psychiatrist ,he/she would be able to help in premature ejaculation.
About not having child you should consult gynecologist/infertility clinic for further help.
You also need to stop drinking and smoking as this thing affect overall health. Psychiatrist would be happy to help you in this matter also.
