Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic If I was your treating doctor I would have asked you to use a topical antiacne gel like either clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel once or twice daily. A topical retinoid e,g adapalene or tretinoin should be used once daily at night. It not only exfoliates existing acne but also prevents formation of new comedones/ comedogenesis. Oral treatment for acne includes oral antibiotics and oral retinoids. Oral antibiotics are mainly given for inflammatory acne whereas oral retinoids for the most severest of acne or acne unresponsive to traditional antiacne medications. I would advice that you see a dermatologist for a proper discussion regarding the best approach for your acne. Night fall is not a problem. So not to be worried about and no active intervention is required for it. It a normal phenonmena. regards
